SEOUL, March 31 (Yonhap) — K-pop girl group TWICE will return for a one-day encore concert in Los Angeles as part of their fourth world tour which has taken them to five US cities, including Los Angeles, in February, the group announced Thursday the agency.
The nine-piece group will hold the concert at the 22,000-seat Banc of California Stadium on May 14 (US time), becoming the first K-pop girl group to hold a one-man stadium show in North America. , JYP Entertainment posted on the group’s official social media.
The band performed seven sold-out concerts in LA, Oakland, Atlanta, Forth Worth and New York during their recent world tour titled “III” from Feb. 15-27, attracting around 100,000 fans, according to the agency.

The band’s 10th EP, “Taste of Love”, released in June last year, was also successful in the United States, peaking at number 6 on the Billboard 200.
Ahead of the additional LA concert, TWICE is set to hold three live concerts at the Tokyo Dome in the Japanese capital from April 23-25.
